Sudhir Agarwal received his Docotor of Medicine from the Univertisy of Minnesota, completed his internship in General Surgery at the Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency Program and completed his residency in Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Minnesota. 

Ravi Agarwal received his Docto of Medicine from the University of Minnesota, completed his internship at in General Surgery at the Mayo Clinic of Rochester, MN, and completed his residency in Otolaryngology / Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. 

Daniel Bos is licensed in Arizona as a Doctor of Audiology and Dispensing Audiologist.  He received his Bachelor of Science in Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences from the University of Arizona and his Doctor of Audiology degree from Arizona State University.
